The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of B2B recruitment lead generation be able to get on the phone and not be afraid of making cold calls. You will need to work unsupervised and have the ability to multitask, prioritise & work proactively.
• Outbound calls to data list to setup appointments
• Make appointments and diary management for the Sales Managers
• Updating and maintaining the call logs and leads in the CRM database
• Achieve a 20% hit rate (for example book 20 appointments out of 100 calls)
• Email potential prospects about product
• Monitor data list for call backs to create appointments for sales pipeline
• Excellent spoken English, and professional phone manner
• Confident nature and ability to communicate professionally via all methods.
• Minimum 3 years of telemarketing experience in a B2B outbound sales environment
• Ability to achieve Daily KPI's. Including making a high number of calls
• Previous Appointment Setting and Lead Generation experience (i.e cold/warm calling)
• Previous recruitment consultancy role
• Demonstrated ability to meet and smash targets
• Objection handling experience
