Experienced Sales Person or team needed

We are looking for professional team or person who sale our products which is on our website. We require dynamic individual(s) or a team to boost our products sales. 1) The team/person should work on there own initiative. 2) The team/person will be paid 10% on leads converted to sales. 3) The team/person will be paid on receipt of funds from sales immediately on fund transferals. We want to establish a long term relationship with the winning bidder, and will reward the successful candidate in ‘Bonus' as the sales revenue increase. LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO $500 = 10% COMMISSION GREATER THAN $501 OR Equal TO $1000 = 12% COMMISION GREATER THAN $1001 OR Equal TO $1500 = 15% COMMISION We would like you to brief us on how you will lead the sales initiative, your previous experience and successes Please include the word 'BIG SALES' in your bids. You must be very confident in selling and happy to work with a COMMISSION ONLY basis. Please do not bid if you are not happy to work on this basis. At present it is not possible for us to pay a basic wage, although dependent on future and ability of the sales person this can be considered.
