[url removed, login to view] is a new website offering an online video creation service that let business professionals, marketing consultants, website owners make a professional quality video presentation for promoting their business, website or event.

I need a great marketer and sales person that will help us make more sales. You must be certain that you know how to increase our sales through various means. Our target audience is small businesses and people that make promotional videos for small businesses. We have a very small marketing budget to start with so, basically we want to spend what we earn. The marketer needs to find a solution in small scale to start with. After identifying what works, we will scale it up.

50% of your salary will be commission based. If you do not accept that, it means you are uncertain that you can bring us more sales, and we will not be interested in hiring you. You must believe in your skills and fell confident that you'll get plenty of commission to cover our salary.

Our product is innovative and the right marketer will have an unique opportunity to be part of something can potentially turn into a multimillion dollar company in the future. If the marketer will deliver the results we expect, he/she will be offered a position on the team and get shares in the company.

Our current revenue is $600 per month, so there's a lot of work to do. And because we only want to spend on this job what we generate, we will start with that amount. But hopefully after the first month, we can double or even triple the budget.

We can also work with less hours per week.
