It is realistically possible to make money from these sites but not hundreds or thousands of dollars a month, this is important. I have these links stored in excel along with the freelancers name. After a sale has been made I will check the Campaign E-commerce statistics on Google Analytics and see which link has made a transaction. You will then be paid that day or the following day. At any time, you may request a screenshot of the GA campaign page showing how many transactions your link has made since you began.
