SEO Analysis and recommendation service for multiple clients

We are a web development company looking to expand our SEO services. I am looking for a freelancer who can provide us with a SEO solution we can then offer our clients. The solution should include at least: 1. An evaluation of the clients current site from an SEO standpoint 2. Competitor analysis for top 3 online competitors 3. Recommendations based on the evaluation and other SEO factors for improving the clients SEO performance 4. A quarterly monitoring option that includes Changes in SEO rankings Traffic counts Traffic analysis updated competitor analysis Recommendations for improving the clients SEO performance 5. Creating sitemaps if necessary 6. Link building capability Some materials we would give clients that should be included in the solution: 1. A client survey document we can give clients to get the information needed to do a complete SEO analysis 2. Sample evaluation results report 3. Sample recommendations report 4. Sample quarterly results report 5. Sample quarterly recommendation report To be considered for this project you must provide: Actual sites where you have done SEO work before. Actual improvement metrics from your SEO work As SEO experts you may have other suggestions for things that should be included in this solution.
