We have had an Internal team of highly skilled On Page seo experts that have built out our current domains using the latest best practices. All our root domains have content is 100% high quality and unique. We also have other web2.0 and other high PR URLs from various sites that we also would like ranked eg youtube, facebook, press release sites etc etc. We did have an offpage seo company that we engaged but they failed to deliver any measurable results so we disengaged them and discontinued our offpage SEO project late last year.

We would like to re-engage an offpage seo service provider, this time on a performance/results basis, who can guarantee to get our URLs ranked on the first page of google USA and msn USA.

Payment will only be created on a milestone basis of 20% upfront and balance on ranking our URLs on the first page (or as negotiated)

We have over 500+ URLS we eventually want to get ranked to first page, so if you can demonstrate results for the following test project that we give you, we can engage you long term for many more projects and many months/years to come.

1) Please use your analytical SEO tools to let me know how long before we will get on the first page of Google USA and MSN USA for Each of the URLs and KWs attached

2) Total Fixed Guaranteed Price for each of the attached projects to Guarantee first page ranking (You will be able to get some great leverage and efficiency with us, as all our domains are under the insurance umbrella, hence this should reflect in your discounted pricing for us)

3) Please confirm that you guarantee first page ranking and you accept non-payment if you fail to rank our URLs on the first page of google, for each project

4) Detailed Summary of your backlink methodology that you will use, and what automation tools that you will use to increase efficiency (Please note that we know of all SEO techniques and tools so please outline your strategy so we can determine if we are a good fit)

5) Please confirm and assure us that our sites will not be sandboxed or blacklisted or de-indexed from the backlinking strategies that you will use.

6) Please provide 5 Highly competitive keywords that you have ranked for and the URLs that you have ranked for these keywords - Please provide 5 Competitive KWs and URLs you have ranked with the timeframe each took
