Site List for Posting - Pligg, BuddyPress, Drupal, Social Engine, Elgg, Wiki and PHPFox

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me build some Custom Site Lists for an automated software (Backlink Beast). I utilize the current default site lists - but I need to find some topic specific sites that will work with their SEO automation. The types of sites that are compatible are Pligg, BuddyPress, Drupal, Social Engine, Elgg, Wiki and PHPFox . I will need a Freelancer to search the web for sites that allow membership/posting for the following six categories. I would like to find between 200 - 1,000 sites for each category - so please bid for the entire project. Deliverables would be an Excel file for each Category, with Tabs for each site type. Categories: 1.) Cell Phones, Government Benefits, Free Stuff, Lifeline 2.) Warranty Management, Product Warranty, Builder Home Management 3.)
