Facebook Customized Page

I am looking for a hot designer that is familiar with Facebook to customize an existing fan page in order to generate leads for my business. I plan on using this page as the landing page for a FB ad campaign. I also need 5-10k fans (real) in order to season the site. The person I hire must have a portfolio of FB custom pages so i can see the quality of work. I have already invested nearly 120 hours setting up and populating a website, twitter, blog and youtube. The person I hire must invest some time in looking at what I have already created and then form that into a HOT FB page.
