The following attributes are required:
-Need to be creative, and be able to identify client's needs
-Structure services according to clients needs
-Manage the relationship, and the projects awarded with the clients throughout the process
-Need to have a good command of the English Language, as well as the national language where the agent is operating from.
-Computer skills, and high speed internet connection is a must
-Need to be able to facilitate third party collaborations when certain tasks are outsourced
-Can work autonomously
-Willing to sign an NDA, and Non Compete
After the probation period, candidates will be selected based on their performance, and may qualify for a full time paid position, including retainer based payments, commissions, and other perks.
