Digital Advertising Consultant: Health Supplements Niche

We are an established manufacturer of health supplements, mainly for senior demographics, that has been operating for over 20 years and stocked in over 3000 retailers.
We would like to aggresively increase our eCommerce revenue and broaden our direct to customer base.
We are looking for a very experienced consultant/ coach who will support our digital advertising activities by guiding our team to implement proven methods for gaining positive ROAS.
As a consultant you will NOT prepare and launch campaigns, but advise and help us choose the right course of action based on previous successes. Your recommendations will be specific and effective.
Required (must have):
- Very experienced in the health supplements / natural products industry
- Proven success in scaling eCommerce businesses with $10K+ montly revenue
- Expert in social media ads, ppc, search ads, funnel optimisation, upselling, email marketing, etc
- Clear strategy or formula that has been tried and tested
- Can prove successes from previous advertising campaigns by sharing previous results and/ or providing client references
Preferred (good to have):
- Experience in marketing to senior demographics online
- Experience advertising in multiple European/ UK countries
