Email marketing for self-development industry

In the past couple of months, I finally was able to get out of my comfort zone and live my life. I was insecure, unconfident, bad at communication, etc. Now I could get out of that zone, and now I want to help others who had the same problem as me. My Niche is in a relationship/self-development. I always buy the products before I promote them to know that they will help my clients. I am looking for someone who can manage and build my email listing by sending an average of one email a week to my client or promoting a new product. My goal is to share my experience and knowledge with others because I know many people suffer from the same problem, especially nowadays. Even if I can help just one person, it will be good enough.
