Recruit english teachers from native speaking countries - SEO and Marketing of the vacancy

The project is for ESL (English as the second language) teachers from native speaking coutries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa etc.), who want to work abroad, mainly in China.
They get accomodation, meals and very atractive salaries, as well a possibility to work in good kindergartens, training centers, schools.
They get organisational support and visa support.
Your role is to use all possible SEO and marketing strategies for this kind of vacancies (you will be provided with a written vacancy), so that potential workers will see it. It should be placed on Facebook, Instagram, HR websites, everywhere for the right audience.
Your payment is 250$ for each succesful candidate (99% candidates will be succesful, these professionals are needed now). If you will bring 10 interested candidates from these countries, at least 9 of them will get a job. But they need to be ready to go.
If your work is effective you will get over 10 jobs a month (over 2500$).
