253 Media is looking for a talented and motivated account executive. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who understands the basic sales process and is comfortable interacting with clients and potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
Account executives are responsible for planning, executing and managing sales campaigns and should be comfortable interacting with clients on the phone and in person.
To start, we are looking for a part-time account executive, however there is a high potential to grow into a full-time position.
Candidates should have an in-depth understanding of ALL mainstream social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and Google. Any experience with design or photo/video is a plus.
• Generating lead lists and cultivating relationships with prospective clients
• Managing new accounts, ensuring client needs are met
• Working with clients to develop the optimal solution for their advertising needs
• Detailed use of our CRM
• Staying up-to-date with new technologies and digital advertising news
• Other duties assigned as needed
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
• Knowledge of basic advertising strategies
• Broad knowledge of auto, solar, and real estate industries is a plus
• Content writing experience is a plus
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn and use a CRM
• Detail oriented
• Self motivated and excited to work with people all over the country
