Social Media Marketing - Thailand

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Thailand to join our dynamic team. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Thailand while collaborating with our international team. However, occasional in-person meetings will be required, so candidates should be located within reasonable travel distance to facilitate sporadic face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including posting schedules, content calendars, and community engagement. Analyze social media metrics and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and present actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels. Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong understanding of social media advertising, targeting, and campaign optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling content. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Availability for sporadic in-person meetings as required.
