Configure Tally Prime for Manufacturing

I need an experienced Tally Prime professional to streamline the way we record and monitor our job-work manufacturing. We already have a partial configuration in place, but key pieces are missing and some of the current screens and reports do not match the way we actually work. Scope of work • Build the remaining components for inventory management, production tracking, and job costing so that every stage of a job order—from raw-material issue through finished-goods receipt—flows seamlessly. • Refine the existing data entry forms to reduce keystrokes and capture the shop-floor details that matter to us. • Re-design or create the necessary management reports so I can see work-in-progress quantities, cost breakdowns, and completion status at a glance. • Introduce light workflow automation inside Tally Prime (voucher class, bill-of-materials, process classifications, etc.) to cut manual repetition. Workflow We will start with a shared AnyDesk session. During that call you will: 1. Review the present configuration with me. 2. Map out the additional ledgers, stock groups, godowns, and voucher types we need. 3. Make live changes while explaining each step so I can maintain the system later. Acceptance A job will be considered complete when: – Every production voucher automatically posts the correct material consumption and labour charge. – The stock summary reconciles with physical inventory after a test cycle. – I can generate a consolidated Job Costing report and a WIP ageing report without external spreadsheets.
