We are looking for a custom iPad app which would allow our sales team to easily take orders from their customers offline, save the order and then email once they have an internet connection. This is intended to replace existing excel order forms which are not very user friendly and therefore not widely used.
The created order should be in a format that is easily printed by our office staff on A4 paper (multiple pages if required).
The order placing procedure should be as simple as possible - possibly using large +/- buttons for adding items and quantities.
The items should have pricing (multiple price levels required) and include sub total, tax and grand total. Additional fields should include 'Date', 'Sales Rep', 'Partner Code', 'Customer Name', 'PO Number', 'Delivery Date 1' & 'Delivery Date 2' plus 'Other Comments' and 'Shipping/Billing addresses'.
It should be possible to update products and prices when required by admin.
