Flutter Expert or native other hybrid platform to support Payment Integration - Developer with these Skills Required

Job Description:
We are seeking a Flutter expert with demonstratable experience integrating Apple Pay, Google Pay and or Paypal or Wechat/Alipay payments.
The developer will create a module for us that:
1) receives an amount to pay (from our app / api etc) simulated from a keypad input and tap pay then add a default passcode
2) Displays in flutter payment app : icons for:
- Apple pay (on IOS)
- Google Pay (on Android OS device(s),
- Samsung Pay (on Samsung devices)
- Paypal
- Wechat pay
- Alipay options
3) tapping any of these icon options will send a request for payment via flutter (native or other hybrid) app
4) We send the payment with surchar4ge fee to the relevant platform with their APIs (must comply with PCI compliance for security and storage as well as privacy requirements)
5) If approved we will pass the approval details and record securely to the flutter (or other ) ios/android App
6) If declined we will pass the declined details and record securely to the flutter (or other ) ios/android App
7) We will pass payment request to file in secure media and provide token to access this transaction detail

We will require source code and detailed instructions and assistance to create payment services
An NDA that includes non compete in our target markets
We plan to internally integrate with our existing apps
We may require a prepaid option also.
