Ipad Magazine PDF conversion

Hi,
We have currently an magazine laid out in indesign.
We wish to create a basic ipad compliant magazine, that being simple navigation through pages and creation of interactive contents page.
We need it to be done quickly (within the next two weeks) We would think that the creation of a basic app or HTML5 would be best however would accept an alternative proposal if it was deemed plausible.
We are an US based publisher.
