Add report bad posts functionality to our iOS mobile app

We have a iOS application and we need a report function built into to article pages on the app so any users reading any posts can report any bad posts to us and report gets submitted to us in our admin dashboard on our desktop website. We already have iPhone app working and website so this should be easy work for someone to put in. We also need a mechanism for users to block any users they do not like to see article of anymore in future.
In terms of design and the way the report system we really like the in the reddit iOS application so please download there app and look at this for reference when you report post.
