Detecting beacon signals broadcasted by a specific UUID

Looking for an IOS expert who is able to develop an IOS application that will register the detected beacons (User Identifier, RSSI, UUID, MajorID, MinorID, Unix Timestamp) in a local database while the application is running. The application will only register the beacon signals broadcasted by a specific UUID. Periodically, for example every hour, the records registered in the local database will be uploaded to a remote Firebase database. This application will run continuously in the background, without any interruptions.
