fix and finish my ios code

Job Description:
i have an ios application i did some update, but the update code is not all done yet i need someone with good experience to finish the code and do the ios upload, money will only be released after the apple approval. points that needs fixing and finishing are:

[login to view URL] pdf page (iphone 4s) when i click online mode..its taking long time trying to load and than its giving error message and saying reloading page...and keeps doing that....when i choose offline mode its crashing. ( in iphone 5 is working but slow )
[login to view URL] islamic card is loading slow and not using cache to load faster ..if you go up and down the list it will re-load again very slow and will not work if i keep moving up and down the page must exit the page section and enter again and not go up and down to be able to preview or download.
