iOS Swift App Bug Fix

I have a dating app that has a chat engine integrated into the app using Socket.IO-Client-Swift ([login to view URL])
Please note this is a very very simple change that needed, it's a very simple chat system with less than 5 events in the chat socket.
All of a sudden with the latest Pod Update and the iOS 14.4 update and the Xcode 12.4, this chat system stop working sending a message,
[login to view URL] no longer seems to be working, however, the socket is connected when looking at the log, and socket events seems to be registered correctly.
I need someone to fix the issue,
1. by investigating the issue and finding a solution.
2. Move the [login to view URL] out from the View Controller and create a new service class
