Very difficult to explain, this is why I have attached a zip file that includes 13 spreed sheets running Excel - Visual Basic for Applications, here is a brief outline.
Basically this is like one big data base that shows results. You need to build different data bases or what ever its called. Here is a list of databases that should be completed by the user first, (empty or we can have a few pre listed and the user can, add, edit and or delete, actually this should be listed under Settings.
PAYMENT SECTION
In order to make this application work properly you must know how much you get paid for each job or run and when your pay period starts and ends, and if its weekly or bi-weekly pay period. In most cases the type of vehicle and size of vehicle should also effect your wage, for example if you are going to the Airport in a Sedan from Toronto to Buffalo this would normally pay $35.00, however if your driving a Stretch this should pay more (see your pay remuneration schedule for amounts).
Weekly Pay
Start Monday – Ends Sunday
Below is a list of Job Types that can be used

c. Airports
d. Bar Runs
e. Proms or Graduations

f. One Way; as it sounds, driving your client to a single destination “no return” or may want to get picked up and few days later. This is normally paid ½ the amount of what a Bar Run pays (see your pay remuneration schedule for amounts).
g. Stops; also known as drop offs or pick ups, different type of vehicle pays different amount to you (see your pay remuneration schedule for amounts).
h. Overtime; this amount is approx 20% more than you hourly salary would be, and again this is different amount for each type of vehicle you drive (see your pay remuneration schedule for your hourly amounts).
i. Office Work; normally paid hourly (see your pay remuneration schedule for your hourly amounts), you can use this section for almost any type of extra work you do, for example you need to bring back a new vehicle from California.
