i need a game app

I have an idea for a mobile game that is full of card games. I would like to have these factors in the game: Multiplayer so people in different areas can play the same game, The ability to have players to add games (see example), Easy to read cards, Advertisments for revenue after rounds (like every 3 games), Pay for custom card backs, no advertisements or every 5 card games added, The ability to add the game to Google Play and Apple Store, I would like to have who I am working with living in the United States. Example: You go through the games and you can't find your favorite card game. There would be a add game button, you would deal the amount of card given then, play first and the computer would copy sumular if possible. If not then you will be prompt to "help" the computer by playing there hand. If possible I would like to have camera/face recognition for Cheat/BS
