If you are an expert in Spring (for Application development), Hibernate (for ORM) or Struts (for view) and you want to mentor a student who wants to learn making J2EE applications through projects, then this advertisement is for you.
1. You should have a lot of ready made project ranging from small to very big projects so that your time is not wasted in designing the projects from scractch for me. By project I do not mean just project ideas as the web is full of such lists and ideas. By project I mean a complete implemented project.
2. You will give tasks and some guidelines and make me do the work. You will provide guidelines through email mostly but when necessary you should be able to provide guidelines through Skype or record some quick screen capturing video software to demonstrate your point. You should also be willing to provide help through team viewer or other such software if needed. You will check my work and give tips in emails to improve the code.
3. You should be willing to adjust the pace of the mentorship according to my speed and neither push me to do more nor make it too slow that I lose time.
4. The last but not the least that you should have patience, honesty and dedication which are essential for remote mentorship.
Your student knows only basic Java, OOP, basic JSP, HTML, basics of Eclipse, Netbeans and basics of Java Swing.
Please send complete details in personal messages.
Note: I am not interested in bookish examples as I have read many basic books on Java.
