I am looking for someone to proof check my Japanese mail for work. I still not very confident on writing skills. Will pay by letter checked but need fast response time (4 hrs for the urgent request). Does not need to be 100% perfect since I am not native also and there will be other checks before the content reach the japanese customer.

・品目登録の申請書にプラントの追加が必要
プラントと保管域の追加が必要。⇒他に必要な項目がないか確認する（松原さん）
いつから運用を開始するのか？リードタイムを持って事前に申請書に追加する必要がある。
なおECC(P60)とMDGへのプラント追加のタイミングは同じ時期を想定。
・品目マスタ以外
PIR / Outline Agreement⇒他に必要なマスタがないか確認する（松原さん）
GTSについては薬事に確認が必要。
[PLAN・中村さん]
・ECCの機能でプラントごとの在庫情報を見ている。
計画については基本的に須賀川（JP01）で入庫のプランニングをしている。
・国内品のPRはマニュアルで作成している。マニュアル作成時に新規羽田プラントを選択する必要がある。
・追加要件
貸し出し品の返却で保管領域は2000に戻ると良品在庫として見えなくなるため、良品在庫として見えるようにしてほしい
⇒Shin-Gとは別要件のため、別途エンハンスの中で優先度付けを行う
[Inbound・辻さん]
・羽田新プラントへOutline Agreementの拡張が必要
・PLANでPRを作成し、それに基づきInboundでPO作成しているが基本的にはOutline Agreementに基づきプラントが設定されている。
・国内入荷品のみ対応でよい。海外品は須賀川入荷のため影響なし
現在須賀川に入れている国内入庫品はそのまま須賀川と入荷する。
現在MDCに入れている国内入庫品を新たに羽田入荷とする。
・MDC用のOutline Agreementについてはクローズする必要がある。
・オープンPOの移行
移行時にオープンとなっているPOのについては納入先プラントを羽田に切り替える必要がある。
⇒数量によってはマニュアルでの対応も可能なため、移行時に見込まれるオープンPOの数量をPLANと確認する（辻さん）
[MDC・エバノフさん]
・BCP用に羽田からもエチコン品を出荷できるようにしたい
・ビン情報
羽田のビン情報をSAPに設定する必要がある。詳細な羽田のビン情報については今後提供予定（エバノフさん）
・キャリア
羽田移行後もMDCと同じキャリアを使用。
現在二つに分かれているヤマトのキャリアの統合が近々計画されている。⇒ShinGとは別に現行運用の中で対応
[CS・近藤さん]
・貸し出し品在庫の移行
貸し出し品のロケーションがMDC(JP02)のままになっていると、移行先の羽田のプラントで返却処理ができない。
貸し出し品在庫のデータ移行（MDC⇒羽田）が必要になる
[FIN・栗林さん/井野さん]
・プラント新設におけるFINの要件、懸念点を持ち帰って確認いただく（栗林さん）
[帳票関連・全体]
・帳票やBIの条件にMDCプラントが紐づいている場合、新規プラントへの変更が必要になる。
・レポート一覧を作成しインパクトアナリシスを行う（井上）
