Creating 2 customized reports for a Call Centre VoIP system. We already have a running PBX in a flash system and we have purchased licenses for queuemetrics. But Queuemetrics does not provide the reports we want. We want 2 customized reports based on queuemetrics database or directly from Asterisk queue_log.
