PLEASE Read carefully I have already been through a couple designers who have said they can do it but wasn't able to do it.
The quiz would randomly choose 10 questions from the 60 or more questions from the XML file or an easily editable code.

An error code comes up when they have not answered
all the questions.
When the person selects “check answers”
it will also give them how many they got right 1/10 and their percentage score (see below for specifics)
This score is then sent to a java file in WEBSphere that will in turn write to a text file.
NO option for ASP or PHP
Must be familiar with JAVA
