VB.net to Java ( J2ME) conversion

Job Description:
Need somone to convert VB.Net project to Java ( j2me for BB and Android using eclipse).
The project is a calculator with financial libs. Previous experince with calculators would be a plus.
Assistance would be provided to understand the existing code ( fairly simple for a experienced developer with only couple of forms & fundtions used with a RPN calculator).
Bid for 5000 lines of code. Max bid 3 cents per line.
1. You may not require to understand a lot of project requirements. Simple conversion would do as there are not many forms in the project ( only 2-3).
2. Work remotely. Good internet connection is a must.
3. More projects to follow.
