Follow tutorial to set up Continuous integration between GitHub and TestFlight using Jenkins

We will soon develop an iPhone app. The source code will be placed in GitHub and we will utilize TestFlight to push the app to the testers. Therefore, I would like someone to set up a server to run Continuous integration in the way described in the following tutorial: [login to view URL] We do not have any Mac hardware, so you need to find a service where you can rent such servers on a monthly basis (no/low upfront costs). You will need to pay for this service during the development period. Your success criteria for this project is that you create a sample app and place it in a GitHub repository. Give me push access to the repository (my username is fosils). Then I will test making changes to the code and see these changes shortly afterwards on my iOS device (the last part is using TestFlight). You need to send me any code you created and full information so that I could redo the steps you followed to achieve this and also be available for reasonable questions in the future. After you have finished this project, I would like to be able to hire you for 15$ per repository (max 10 repositories) to add Continuous integration for these repositories.
