Build a self-deploying Windows Proxy/VPN Gateway

The idea is simple, and used for selling videogame services (like playing their account for them): 1. User comes to me, buys a service (say killing monsters in a game, on their account) 2. I can't just log into their account from my computer (wrong IP), so i have them download a portal that turns their computer into a temporary VPN/Proxy 3. They send me the unique ID that lets me connect to them, and there we go! we're connected 4. Once we're finished, the user can uninstall successfully and never worry about the softare/VPN/Proxy again The idea is very simple, it can be in any language, but i will need the source so i can update it with my branding My bid opening bid is LOW because i have no idea the technical aspects of this. Please educate me, so i can give you MORE money.
