Experience required for - all in java - lucene java - socket programming - soap webservices - multithreaded development (queue main thread, many worker threads) - encryption with blowfish, crc calcs, compression from out of java in pipeline architecture (all in memory operations) - high performance computing in java Goal - create object storage & index system Scope of work - 40 hours to be executed before 28-august to come to first working prototype - 40 hours to finish project after that How - specifications will be done together (our engineers together with you) and complete before end of this week. - we use UML (enterprise architect) - code mgmt with subversion - tracking & logging with TRAC - we have all of above setup
