Redirection web service

I got a mobile app. I need to add some web logic for EXISTING app. I need to implement the following schema:
1) When user scan the code he will be redirected to OUR Link with some parameter ID (example #2504)
2) The mechanism suppose to extract this #2504
3) Go to firebase and find the object with id #2504 and get the USER's link
4) When USER's link extracted it have to redirect user to the USER's link
So it is kind of redirector. I takes the user find its link and redirect to needed link.
