My client is a cable network in India. Customer will send faults including unique customer number vai SMS. The SMS has to be recieved and then process to get the autogenerated complaint number. This autogenerated Complaint number along with personalised message is smsed back to the customers. Once in 12 hours we need to send update sms informing the customer about the status of the complaint along with the custom message. If the complaint is solved we need to update the status as "Y" and send a sms to the customer telling them that their complaint is solved along with a custom message.
