Solana Blockchain Wallet Transaction Tracker | .exe file script

Hello, Being an expert Developer, I can build an executable (.exe) file script that tracks in real-time a given Solana Wallet address for transfers of a specified amount (min/max) on the Solana Network Blockchain. Be rest assured, the script will follow the transfer - for one or several addresses - until it finds an end address and write it to the destination file (.txt) and the script will use Helius API key as the RPC provider. The script will find and log the final Wallet address to a text file (.txt), it will track transfers on the Solana network in real-time and update the log file accordingly, it will log all errors encountered during execution to a separate error log file and the executable will be disclosed source code. I am proficient in programming languages suitable for .exe file creation. I am experienced in Blockchain technology, specifically the Solana network. I have knowledge of handling and tracking Blockchain Wallet transactions. I have technical knowledge of Solana or Web3.js.
