Unicenta POS Modification

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. I would like to modify unicenta oPOS 4.2 to achieve the following: 1- Multi-currency 2- Support all databases 3- Loyalty points procedures with rewards 4- Unit of measure conversion and relation 5- To have Product Attributes tab to add attributes 6- Lot Expiry Date 7- Another price field for promotion price 8- Product location, sub-location, department, shelf etc… Each location has corridors, each corridor has shelfs so that we know the precise location of a product, and each location has many POS and each POS has unique ID. Therefore, we will know when and where cashier is working 12 – Sales by weight (reading barcodes with weight/price) 13- Login screen should be changed to user and pass rather than buttons 14- Cashier should not be able to return or cancel items 15 – Cashier can give discounts only if has permission 16 – Discount as amount 17 – Option to return cash or to have as a credit 18 – Credit note from return as payment method 19 – Promotions like (promotional price for specific period, cross merchandiser, X+X free, Happy hour, Bundles, etc …) 20 – Limited quantity per ticket for promotions, and if quantity exceeded then use regular price. 21 – Specific user for return who has access only to return screen 22 – Bundle products should be returned as bundle. 23 – Details of the money we have in drawer when cash closed like: how many 100 we have, how many 50 we have, etc… 24 - Change look and feel of the application 25 - ability of integration with Oracle JDEdwards ERP and Oracle fusion ERP. Moreover, need technical documentation for the work done. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $250 - $750 USD.
