Update function to parse Google Suggest results and produce JSON

Job Description:
Recently our Java function that converts a Google Suggest Response to clean JSON broke when Google changed the format.

The desired output is:
{ "0":"suggested kw 1", "1":"suggested kw 2", "2":"suggested kw 3" } etc.
Note that extraneous parameters such as "q":"uygnlNstAhZIxFpNA68jk6-e95I" must be removed.
Note that parameters such as 0,[8] must be removed
Your solution should be a single class and provide a function with the following signature, which will provide the functionality to the rest of my application:
public static String rawSuggestToJSON(String)
Your code should work with ANY Google Suggest response, not just the specific ones shown above.
Use of Apache helper libraries encouraged. Other Open Source libraries can be used with prior approval.
