The program will be used in a doctors practice to provide medical, financial and administrative functionality that will automate and speed up multiple daily practice routines. The program will store, edit and extend data systematically in a local database. Data can be accessed easily and efficiently. This includes patients medical history, personal details and accounts. It will eliminate the need for written patient records and non-digital documents. The program will also use this data to perform statistical analysis which will find the correlation between multiple medical factors. This analysis can be used by doctors to predict the projected medical future of patients and provide a more accurate diagnosis for patients. The program will provide a user interface to track which patients have or haven't paid and include medical aid and hospital plans. The program will automatically generate emails to send to patients which includes an invoice, details of the appointment, medical progress of the patient, prescription scripts to give to patients to receive their medication and referrals for specialist doctors. The program will log every appointment of patients. Data of patients will be stored on a local database where a doctor will be able to access his/her own patients records.
