WWWBoard/Forum Posting Bot Needed

Need a bot that will post name/email/address/comments to wwwboards/forums. Must be able to do the following:
1. Fill by URL which is input by user.
2. Fill by search queries of Yahoo/MSN/Google
3. Store the results of the queries in a list for future use.
4. Fill from the list which will be either imported or built from the search queries in item 2 above.
5. Must provide basic reporting as to the number of pages found and the number of pages filled.
6. Must be able to fill multiple pages on a domain by searching laterally across the domain. Will explain.
