536357 Simple Template Clone

Hi, Please read carefully and bid ONLY if you think you can do the job as described and in a short time (probably 1 day). Here is a link to a Flash-based site [login to view URL] I need to clone the template in jQuery/CSS but not in Flash. I don't need the main navi or the footer image. All I need is a one page template that acts like that website (3 columns of content that works like that template). Check the "good for you gourmet" link. Please note the following: 1- I need the content to be transparent and have some opacity, like what we have on that site. Probably with CSS or jQuery fade to. 2- The content column should have a nice scrolling bar. jQuery again. 3- The max template width should not exceed 1010 pixels.
