Looking for a Verified PayPal Account and a Verified eBay Account with 100+ Positive feedback with at least a 99% positive rating. Feedback can be from buying or selling. Account must be at least 30 days old. Account should have the verified PayPal account already attached to it. The account should be ready to start selling. I will need to confirm the eBay ID before paying for it, you just need to send me the user name, no password, so that I can look it up to confirm the age and feedback. Both eBay and PayPal accounts MUST be registered with United States Addresses.
