480141 Need to conver very simple Flash landing page to HTML

I need someone to take an existing landing page in flash and convert it to HTML+css.

It is a very simple 1 page that will have an image in the middle that should fade in/out to different images using jquery.

Looking to have this completed today. There are already internal pages in HTML so all the elements needed are there.
