The objective is to increase sales by re-designing our front page to make us look more like a big believable trendy/slick shopping site.
Our site is very large and with the quality and quantity of our products we should be selling more than we are.
A: The overall first impression is of a homemade, slightly clunky site.
B: There is nothing very obvious about the front page that shows how big we are. C: We know that many people just dont get any further than the front page.
D: We have hundreds of customers we give us feedback that our service is very good and they like our site. We have a very personal service and many customers are on first name terms.
If this project works out well we are looking for a long term relationship with the designer.
