UI / UX Designer

This is a re-post since my last candidate couldn't do the work. I'm looking for a web designer that is passionate about his work. This project requires that I work with someone to design the a website concept. You should be comfortable with User Interface/UX, understand design concepts and MUST speak English fluently. Please give me 1 example of a website design (your best) you have done on the pmb. If you don't read this post's details, I may not reply back. Task include: 1) 20 pages to redesign 2) Quick mock-ups or wireframe 3) Integrate UX/UI concepts 4) Convert visual designs to html/css for coders Creative design. No common layouts We may ask qualified applicants to do 1 sample sketch page of the site to view their artistic qualities. Successful applicant will: 1) Have a portfolio of design work 2) Be available to chat about the opportunity via Skype (fluent English) 3) Be open to constructive feedback and changes to the design 4) Sign a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) I will provide references/links/pptx as guidance for the selected candidate to help me with this project.
