I am a front-end designer who took on a job for a friend which involved some coding, and as expected, I'm having some problems.
The problem is simple, though the explanation might not be:
The website (viewable here at: [url removed, login to view]) uses the jQuery-based Coda Slider ([url removed, login to view]) to horizontally slide the main content pane, the divs are scrolled to by their #id. If you click on Locations, and then any location, a page comes up with a vertical events list and a link that says "VIEW CALENDAR" underneath. That link triggers an otherwise hidden div to appear in a lightbox, and is called up using the div's #id.
About half the time, when clicking the VIEW CALENDAR link, and in certain browsers, instead of loading the specified hidden div in the lightbox, the content windows merely slides a little bit in one direction or the other, as if Coda Slider has been triggered to scroll to a div it cannot find.
No doubt the solution is simple or obvious, but I am at a loss. I appreciate clear and timely communication, and will likely have work in the future.
