Two screen email form processing

This project contain two simple web pages of form.

- Main page contains form for:

Customer name:

Shipping address:

address line 2:

City: State/Province:

Country:

Zip/Postal code:

Contact number:

e-Mail address:

e-Mail confirmation:

"Send a message" and "Reset" button.

First page processing instruction:

e-mail address and confirmation must match else clear e-Mail address and confirmation field and send a message "e-mail address not match please reenter the e-mail address."

Editing/validation not required for any other fields.

If "Reset" button is clicked clear all to form fields.

Upon "Send a message" open a smaller new window without any toolbars.

- 2nd page contain should be like the folloing:

The following information to be send:

Customer name:

Shipping address:

address line 2:

City: State/Province:

Country:

Zip/Postal code:

Contact number:

e-Mail address:

The above information should also in hidden form format.

Add a 400 x 300 scrollable text message box

Message:

"Send" and "Cancel" button.

2nd page processing instruction:

If "Cancel" is clicked close 2nd window.

If "Send" is clicked the form contain should be send to an email address.

All code should be using html and javascript only.

Code must be completable with following browsers: FireFox version 1 or higher, Natscap version 7 or higher, Explorer version 6 or higher.

The code will be adapted and incorporated into our existing development.
