LPF Prototype Design

The IT Committee of the Libertarian Party of Florida is currently undergoing a redesign of its primary internet and intranet presence located on the web at http://www.lpf.org. Currently the system makes use of several disparate and non-interoperable technologies (OWL, phpBB, mailman, b2evolution). This leads to ineffective organizational collaboration and excessive work, by mostly volunteers, to make even minor changes to our forward presence. Additionally, the lack of cohesion and current web design lack the professionalism necessary for a state political party.

The design should consist of a template layout, typical of most websites, with a header, navigational links, footer and a body of content. The layout should be clean, professional, consistent, exciting, inviting but not look busy or overly simplified. A more detailed description of the project is available in the RFQ file.
