Add AngularJS to existing HTML project

Hello,
I have a existing project that is done with pure HTML, CSS, and JS. We want to add AngularJS to our project. We need to invoke the angularJS, create the router, and make it work.
We have about 13-15 pages, that each might have their own controller. Our main goal is to have angular in our project, without breaking our existing solution.

I will add Angular (Angular 2+) not "AngularJS (Angular 1)" because it's not in use nowadays it a previous version which is now dead and only available because of old websites.
