Add Noise To Image to Prevent Image Classification (WHILE RETAINING ORIGINAL IMAGE VISUALS)

Hello,

I need a function, prefferably in javascript, that will take an image from an ecommerce website, add noise (something that wont distort the original image) and when reverse searched on google, it wont show any matches. The image should still be intact.

An example of an image I need that has to be unsearchable by computer algorithms is:

I also would prefer if the writing on image is intact and readable. Not looking for rotation but something more powerful such as adversial images.
