This is a very quick HTML/Javascript/CSS button stack coding project. See attached image. there are seven elements in the vertical stack the top three have numbers aligned which will ultimately be connected to a database when the page loads but you do not need to connect them. Just lay them out using HTML/CSS. You also do not need to worry about the page they are going to sit in the is just the code that would sit in a single div or table to handle the different states of 4 buttons and lay text over some graphical backdrops. The rectangle that this stack fits into is 48 by 144 pixels. (Again see image) There are two image states for each of the four buttons at the bottom of the stack. They work like toggle buttons, so they are either in a down state or, if the user clicks them again, they come back up in their 'un-clicked' state.
I seems that you wish to replace standard buttons with images. The images should react to clicks in whatever way a standard button would.
I'll have it done before midnight tonight!
[Assuming from your example that you'll provide a separate image for each button.]
